  My hotel wanted $200 to wash a bag of my clothes so I brought it here instead! Fabulous experience. For a little over $20, my clothes were washed and delivered to my hotel within a few hours. They even had scent free detergent. Highly recommend this place!

  I just wish they would have fessed up to the damage. When I picked up my clothes, he sent me on my way without saying a thing. He had a problem finding the shirt - now I know why.

  During check in, the man working in front thoroughly checked the shirt, asked several questions, and checked the cleaning label. He gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. NOT!

  We used Wash on the Rocks bag laundry service twice during our stay in Sydney. They were wonderful, responsive, and far less expensive than using the hotel laundry service. We would highly recommend Wash on the Rocks!!!

  UPDATE:. They were quick to respond to my emails and wanted to fix the problem. Both which I appreciated. My local cleaners we're able to get the stains out so assume they would have been able to as well.

  Best prices for washing clothes. &17.50 per load. They will deliver to your hotel when done for an additional $7. Definitely worth the detour.
